ProgramPay®, powered by Vestwell, is an innovative payroll processing experience designed to provide you flexibility and options to help save you time. We are pleased to announce a fully redesigned ProgramPay® portal providing modern, user-friendly interactions and experiences for users, including new features requested by our plan sponsors, like you!

As a result, effective March 4, 2022, ProgramPay® includes:

A fully redesigned contribution dashboard with information about upcoming and past contributions for your plan Expanded sponsor submission options, allowing users to skip, remove or cancel a contribution file An option to add new participants during “off-cycle” payroll file submissions A new contribution file upload feature allowing users to map their files column headers during the upload process An updated and simplified ProgramPay® contribution input grid including on-screen edits to catch data entry errors and removing the 100 participant limit on manual uploads Enhanced features for copying previous payroll information for plans with multiple pay groups

We are excited about these changes to ProgramPay® and feel they capture much of the feedback we received from plan administrators using ProgramPay®.
